We often get called in just to develop the corporate identity guidelines even when the logo hasn't changed. The client simply wants to develop a set of guidelines that work across print, digital, signage and across a set of multiple stakeholders.
To help clients consistently communicate their brand identity across multiple stakeholders, Accrue has developed a unique tool - The Brand Wardrobe. When an organisation has multiple stakeholders and one style does not fit all, the Brand Wardrobe is great for helping people internally target communication for a specific audience, whilst maintaining overall brand consistency. It is maybe, as in the case of NFU Mutual, that a client has low and high net worth customers who need to be talked to in different ways, or as with Friends Provident, they need to communicate to the intermediary market differently than to their end customers. We've developed a range of guidelines for organisations such as Friends Provident, NHS, RM Education, and Oxford University Press.
